Pure Imagination — Twin Barrel Finish, Limited Edition
Meet our most whimsical seasonal release. Pure Imagination is a Nashville-born collaboration that takes a single-origin lot we call “Pineapple Candy” on a two-stage barrel journey: first, a Corsair Distillery whiskey barrel is used by Olive & Sinclair Chocolate to age cacao, layering the wood with deep cocoa aromatics. When they’re done, we take that same barrel and age our coffee inside, then roast to unlock a lush, layered cup.
